If you find that your product is unsatisfactory either because it is the wrong size or you have simply decided that you no longer wish to purchase the item then we will give you a full refund or swap the item free of charge.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

• We operate a common sense policy!
• The item must be in a new, re-salable condition to be accepted back by us.
• The item must not have been worn other than to be tried for size.
• We will not accept items that have become dirty, even if subsequently cleaned!
• If the item arrived in a manufacturer's box then they must be returned in the same box.
• It is the responsibility of the returning party to pay for return carriage costs
• We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in return transit.

FAULTY GOODS

In the unlikely event that you feel your item is substandard please return it to the address below detailing your concerns. We will review the product and act accordingly and quickly.

Please take the items to the Post Office and send either first-class or as a Standard Parcel.
PLEASE NOTE: We refund a maximum of £10 on return carriage for faulty goods.
